Lightroom Classic: Error 'Email Failed' while trying to email photo

'Email Failed'  shows up no matter what I try.

I've been a paid Adobe CC for years, and I used to be able to email a simple photo. In the past two years, I can not get it to work; no matter how many videos, or tutorial articles I read.

My Adobe account email and secondary email are correct. I went into Email Manager and cleared all of my accounts and re-set them. I return to LR Library to send one photo, and I get the 'Email Failed.' I just completed 2-hours of trying various methods and no-go.

Please advise

Sounds like Windows, there’s no “Email Manager” on Mac.

May be a corrupt cache or application state. Please give your Mac the "once over"! Run the free Onyx (https://www.titanium-software.fr/en/o...), reboot. (In Onyx just run almost everything in the Maintenance tab, deselecting things you may not want deleted, like Launch Services . Hit the "Options" button and deselect more stuff like Cookies & Other Site Data, Browser History, Form Values, etc.), then hit Run Tasks. After it's done it will ask for a reboot..

If that doesn’t work try launching Lightroom from your other (admin or test) account, with a new catalog, as a test. Does it run OK? If it does it may be a corrupted preference in your Username/Library folder. Check The Lightroom Queen site for instructions on how to reset your preferences (https://www.lightroomqueen.com).

Here’s the reset procedure: LR Preferences Reset Procedure:
1. Close Lightroom.
2. Hold down [Alt/Opt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom.
3. Overwrite the Preferences when prompted by the dialog.
4. Close Lightroom.
5. Restart Lightroom.
