I have just loaded Photoshop Elements 9 yesterday, now when I bring it up on my new 24 in screen, I find the icones and the text a bit small. Could it be enlarged to make it easy for my 77 years old eyes.
When I bring the cursor in the working area, the pointer (arrow) becomes a triple dotted figure, making it difficult to get precision.
Now in Pemiere Element 9, select a new project, in the pop up provided. Impossible to name the project, impossible to browse and or use any of the buttons inside de frame. All I can do is close the window, obviously this is not normal. What can I do ?
NOTE; Extremely disapointed with the after sale service. When I called to resolve these problems, I was told that because it was Elements 9. I would have to pay for the service, wow what a surprise. I don't care if you have element 10 now. I bought this copy last fall, but waited for my new computer to arrive before I would install the software. I did not see any warnings about installation date or any other restrictions. I am on unsatisfied client.

Hi Gaetan,

The only way increase the size of icons is to change the resolution of your monitor.

WIth regards to the triple dotted cursor issue, see this topic: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/500/cpsid_50...

The above solution may also solve your issue with the Premiere Elements dialog problem.

Photoshop Elements 10 came out last fall. Do you remember the date you purchased your copy of Elements? http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/153/tn_15304...
