I read in a Photoshop google thread to get 2.0 to run on Windows 8.1 is to adjust the cache size to a certain smaller size. The post read 2.0 won't run with
a 2TB hard drive. I lost the print out. So I don't know where or what I did.

There are folks that have solved the problem. I keep uninstalling and reinstalling.
Same the scratch disks full error. Help/Suggestions please.

I love 2.0 - quick, simple, easy, all I ever needed. Been using it forever.

Thank You.

Elements 2 is probably old enough that it can't handle the larger disks on your new computer (even 1 TB causes problems for the older Windows APIs).

But, I read in a Photoshop google thread to get 2.0 to run on Windows 8.1 is to adjust the cache size to a certain smaller size. Others have done it. I just need location and size.

Thanks,

John

I have a Photoshop envelope here. I will find it and post the fix that worked for others. I know it can be done.
