We have two HP Officejet 6500A+'s, both wireless. Each shows up when the Print window is opened in Elements 10. But the printing always goes to one printer no matter which of the 2 printers is selected in the Print window. The second printer can be selected successfully from other image printing programs.

Do both printers have the same name?

In Win7 Devices and Printers the 2 printers appear as
HP Officejet 6500 E710n-z (Network)
HP Officejet 6500 E710n-z (Network Copy 1)
Network Copy 1 is the default printer.

In PE10, these same names appear in the Select Printer dropdown in the Print window, with Network Copy 1 showing as default.
But there is also a 3rd entry: HP57A117 (HP Officejet 6500 E710n-z)

Selecting any of the 3 printers in the PE10 print window, the printout always goes to HP Officejet 6500 E710n-z (Network).

But MS-Office Picture Manager prints correctly to either printer that I select.

Thanks, Brett.

So, we actually have three of the same model printer, two with the same name and a third with a different name. All print commands from Elements only go one specific printer.

All of them are connected via network?

Would it be possible to test connecting two of these printers directly to a computer with Elements and test print that way? (Just wondering if this is a network communication issue).

There were 3 Windows devices, but only 2 physical printers. Actually, there are now only 2 Windows devices, because I deleted the 3rd one. Now in PE10, just the 2 devices show up but output still goes to only the one printer when either is selected.

The 2 printers are connected to the wireless network only.

I do not think this can be a network issue since I can print to either printer from MS-Office Picture Manager and Internet Explorer 9. This appears to me to be a PE10 problem. I am hesitant to connect these printers via USB because this will create another Windows device and possibly interfere with the existing wireless connection, which works fine except in PE10.
