Elements: Windows 7 Says It's Incompatible

I've been using Elements 10 for a few months and in the last few weeks it stops and closes. I ran the Windows 7 compatibility program and it says it's incompatible with Windows 7. Which is odd because that's why I upgraded from an older version because it was doing the same thing. When I bought it I was told this is the most current version of Elements.

Photoshop and Premiere Elements 10 are perfectly compatible with Windows 7.

As for the crash, are you seeing that in Editor or Organizer?

Do you get an error message?

It's in Organizer and the only error message I get is from Windows saying "the application has stopped working - checking for issues" - I can restart the program and continue but it's becoming time-consuming.

That is a generic error message, meaning that there could be any number of issues causing it. Check my advice here: http://feedback.photoshop.com/photosh...
