Elements Organizer is not currently licensed

I purchased Adobe Elements 15 on July 30 from the Adobe website, and for the past three months I have been unable to launch the Organizer.  I get a message that says "Elements Organizer is not currently licensed. Please launch Photoshop Elements Editor to update the licensing information." So, I launch the editor, but how to I update the "licensing information"?  I have signed out and signed in; that does not work.  I have deleted Photoshop Elements and re-downloaded it; that doesn't work either ... I get the same message.  What do I do to get this product to work.

Hi James,

Sounds like you need your old key code or to pay for a new one.  Did you download the product and forget to register?  You will need a key code to register the product and you can register it at Help>support>register.  It will the Editor and the Organizer too.  You can register it online too.

Michel gave you this place already.

If you have done that at least once, you can get your key codes from the first time you registered the product at this link.  https://accounts.adobe.com  You will need to sign in to this link and when you get there, click on "manage your account" and click "plans and products" and click "view your plan".  Then you can navigate to the product that was registered and get your old key code and use it to register your reinstalled product.   Fun stuff huh?
