There is a bug in Photoshop 2019 20.0.01. When working on a design, all of a sudden a shape will seem like there is a bit missing, or if you've drawn a 5px line it will look 1px thick. If you click on the element and nudge it it pops back to it's original form. Then you have to nudge it back in place.

Similarly with text, it will all of a sudden look distorted and pixelated, to correct the issue I have to follow the same steps as above.

Using a top of the range MAC.

Hi Adam,
Thank you for sharing this post.  We are sorry for the issue you're experiencing.  We have been hearing similar issues, and our engineering team is working on a fix for those as we speak.  For now, can you try enabling Preferences -> Performance -> Legacy Compositing as a temporary workaround for now?  Please let me know if this helps resolve your issue.  Thank you for your patience!

Sincerely,
Andrew
