Elements 15 can create projects for photobooks. You can use the result to print on your home printer, but you won't find an Adobe printing partner to send your .pse project to in most countries; anyway you won't be able to upload to the necessary file formats to the precise book editor you have chosen.

The upload requirements of all sites are different, but they all have in common the ability to upload a folder of your pages in jpeg format.
My suggestion is to add an option in the 'Save' menu of the 'create' view to output all pages in jpeg format in a chosen folder (what is suggested in the above post, but simpler).

I just have to say at this point I am very disappointed that I cannot easily print my photos other than to my own printer. This software is a great tool, but if I can't easily print to a service, I think I've wasted my money and a great amount of time trying to figure out how to print!

Ellen,
wanting to have Elements connect to an external printing service is a very, very bad idea and above all, it's not as convenient and powerful as using the printing service to upload your selection of files.
Most users simply select the photos they want to print, copy them to a temporary folder and have the chosen service (among several dozens of services to choose from) upload your photos.
- having two different sofwares to speak together is dangerous (malwares, viruses...)
- being able to choose your online printer is great
- the options for uploading by your provider are better

Anyway, that was not the purpose of my original post; it was to print books or creations.
