I bought the products elements 14 photoshop and premiere from an official dealer and now I get the message that my serial is expired. The serials are in my adobe-id but after entering the serial I get the message that the serial  is not valid. After contacting the helpdesk I only got the answer that I can buy again the products (the brutality), but I purchased the products.
Adobe: Please solve (and do something about your service, THIS SUCKS)!
Some for my other Adobe products presenter and captivate

I am sorry if you purchased another copy of 14 if that is what your wound up doing.  If not, here are some tips that may or may not help you.

1/ Your problem maybe your browser.  I use Chrome all the time and it works like a charm except at times when I need passwords it gets quirky to say the least.  I use IE as a backup and this is always more reliable for getting into web sites.  But it is IE so its not perfect either.
2/. Reboot and try again!  90% of all problems are fixed by rebooting.
3/. Try doing a "Clean boot"  check You Tube on how to do this.
4/  Clean up your computer if you don't frequently clean the cash you are going to have problems look into installing the Free version of CCleaner.  Look on YouTube for instructions.  Great product.
5/. If you need a new copy of the software that you already installed all you need to do is purchase a Key for that software.  I will not recommend any place for this because it is a controversial subject.  I have fixed several windows 8 computers by downloading windows 8.1 from the Microsoft web site and then purchasing a key for like $10.00.  I think that is all I should say on the subject.

Good luck
