I have purchased and downloaded Premiere elements and Photoshop 13 from Amazon but require a 6 digit serial number to effect installation. Could anyone please help me with this and supply me with the serial number? Many thanks.

Did you enter your redemption code that you received with the purchase in order to get your serial number?

I received an email from Amazon with 2 x 24 numbered product keys but nothing else. I contacted Amazon requesting a 6 digit serial number required to effect installation and was referred to Adobe.

I have inserted my 2 x 24 numbers and they seem to be invalid. I have also tried changing the zeros to "O"s although my husband agrees the digits definitely look like zeros. The 1's are also definitely 1's and not I's. Next line of action required please!

I had a "live" chat with Amazon yesterday and they issued 2 new codes but they were just numerical although I asked for alphanumerical ones. The codes were also invalid therefore they issued me with a refund. I have purchased a boxed bundle to be delivered tomorrow therefore hopefully I shall find the relevant code on the back of the box!

Serial #s should be all numeric.

I was referring to the actual 24 digit redemption code to obtain the serial number. I am hoping that I shall be able to install from the disc I have now purchased when I collect tomorrow from the shop. I am seriously missing using Photoshop! I had been using Elements 9 previously for over 4 years but suddenly a window appeared informing me that my free trial had expired!

Thanks Anwesha but I have been on the site and my product codes were invalid. I was issued with new codes but they were also invalid. I did try 0 as O and 1 as I but still invalid.
