Elements 13 OS X Editor changes dates (Bug 1 of 2)

I first posted this in the Photoshop Elements forum but a user more experienced than me suggested I post it here. There are two bugs to report in PSE 13 on Mac. (Plus the already known, but not fixed, fact that the editor doesn't work if the organizer is running.)

iMac 5K, OS X 10.10.5.

If you change the date/time on a photo it shows and organizes correctly in time order n the organizer. If you then edit that photo and save the edited photo in a version set with the original, both the original and the edited version revert to the original date/time, not the date/time you changed the original to. This is a serious problem for me (and I suspect others) because I often have to synchronize photos from different cameras used at the same event or trip. If every time I edit a photo it reverts to the wrong date/time it creates a serious workflow problem. Please fix in next update or next release.

These forums are the only way to submit a bug report on PSE because Adobe doesn't support the product. I hope someone from Adobe is monitoring and can pass this information along to engineering.
