Elements 13: Crashing on Windows

Having had trouble free use of Elements 4 on my XP PC for many years I purchased a copy of Elements 13 to use on my Windows 10 PC.  Apart from being not overly pleased to find that some of the functions that were available in 4 were not available in 13 the new version has not been reliably stable since installation and has now crashed.  Why is it impossible to (as is easy with most service providers) establish on-line chat with an adviser?  I have for decades been resigned to the Microsoft attitude of "we've had your money, bujjer you" but I had expected better customer service from Adobe.

Good question.  I can commiserate with you, but I don't think I'm the one to answer your Q.

Did you just buy Elements 13? Elements is four versions old. Elements 13 doesn't officially support Windows XP and Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft.

Phone and chat support is provided for the current release. Forum support is available for all legacy products.
