Elements 13: Crash using Photomerge Scene cleaner tool

My Elements 13 work prefectly except whem I try editing with Photomerge Scene cleaner tool. Unexpectedly I get the message that windows encountered an error and the program will terminate. Can I have any help, please?

What OS version are you using?
What does the detailed crash report say (check the system event viewer)?

Win 7 Professional and not say nothing. just ask if I wish send report to microsoft and then go down. IMy pc have 12GB RAM.

If it crashed, then there would be details in the system event viewer.

Yes, but you just posted the crash dialog - which is useless.

Please go into the system event viewer and get the crash details, then post them here.

no simply turns off immediately after the message but it is only in the photomerge scene cleaner command

Again: look in the system event viewer for the crash details.
If an application crashes on Windows, then there will be details in the system event viewer.

Same problem with Photoshop elements 14.

I solved it in this way:

in Expert mode go to:
Edit >> Preferences >> General
Click the button “Reset Preferences on next launch”
Then close the application and re-start.
