Since upgrading to Windows 10, I have lost several controls (border-less printing, paper selection, paper size selection, etc) from my Elements 10. I guess that I'm going to be forced to purchase Elements 14 in order to fix the problem.

Are the missing pieces something within Elements, itself, or in the printer driver?  If you're not sure post a screenshot of where you used to see these controls.  They're not just expanded beyond the edges of the screen are they, due to font- or display-scaling settings you can change to 100%?

In general, if software is not working after doing an in-place upgrade of the OS, I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling then re-updating the software, in case Windows 10 changed some file security or your user doesn't have the same Admin rights as it used to.

And if you used to have a manufacturer-supplied printer driver and now it's something that ships with Windows, check the manufacturer's site to see if they have an updated driver.  If the printer is too old then they've probably stopped supporting it.

Obvious PSE10 isn't being updated, anymore, but Windows 10 probably isn't that much different than Windows 7.  If you've upgraded from Windows XP maybe more is different.

If Elements 14 seems like the only option, then download and run it in Trial mode, first, before paying money and then having it not be any different.  The trial download can be found, here: http://www.adobe.com/downloads.html
