MacOS 10.11 El Capitan and Bridge Email Attachment Issue

Since updating to El Capitan, dragging files such as jpegs or PDFs to an email in Mac Mail will only attach the first selected picture. All other attachments are attached as empty files.

If I attach the files from Finder, it works fine, but I usually preview images in Bridge and add them to emails from there. Now it will only work if I do it one by one, which is extremely frustrating.

Hi, Katie. I'm having the same issue. Did you find a solution?

Dear Users,

On Mac 10.11, we are able to drag pdf and jpeg to Mac Mail and all files are getting attached.

The issue that we have observed is that only first file Preview is generated in Mac Mail while other files do not have thumbnail or preview.

Please let us know if you are also observing this behavior.

Regards,
Abhishek Seth.

Yes, that is correct - the files actually attach, but no preview except for the first file.

See attached screen shot as an example.
