I have downloaded Photoshop Elements 10 and when I try to edit a photo I get the message that I need to download Photoshop Elements again. I do have Windows 7, but I know that Elements 10 is compatible with Windows 7. I can download pictures but cannot edit them without the above mentioned problem.
