Lightroom: Edit Capture Time update

When using the 'Shift by set number oh hours (time zone adjust)' there's no option to select 5h30min. I just came back from Delhi (+5h30min) and forgot to set time in my camera correctly.
Another example is Kathmandu (+5h45min). There's most probably more non-full-hour cases out there. Maybe a custom change option? X hours Y mins in 5min increments?

You can easily shift all photos by 5:30 by selecting them, doing Metadata > Edit Capture Time, Adjust To A Specified Date And Time, set the Corrected Time, and Change All. All the other photos will be shifted by the same amount of time.

The caption at the top of the Edit Capture Time window tries to explain that, but based on how many people ask this question, it's clear that the labels used on the radio buttons are confusing.

Great!
it just looks like it will change only one photo.
Damn how much time I've spent looking for a tool for that :-)
