Lightroom: Edit Capture Time limited to 1 hour increments only

I have recently imported 500+ photos where the camera had not had the correct time entered. Edit Capture Time works very well by allowing you to shift by set number of hours. Unfortunately the time difference in this instance was 5.5 hrs not a whole number, which is the only option in the drop-down menu. Can this be added please? or is there a way around the problem?

Are you talking about Lightroom Classic or Lightroom CC? Both have the option to change the capture time to any time you want, not just change hours. If you select a number of images, just set the correct time for the most selected image in the dialog, and Lightroom will correct the other images by the same amount.

I am using Classic CC. I understand I can change the time to anything I want, but all I want to do is advance the time on each photo by 5.5 hrs. At the moment the only option is to advance the time by 5hrs and then manually add the extra 30 minutes.
In this case this then allows the photos with the miss set time to blend in with other photos with the correct time set

No, you don't have to do that. Select all the images with the wrong time in the Library Grid, then use the first option in the "Edit Capture Time" dialog ("Adjust to a specified date and time") and manually enter the correct adjusted time of the most selected image, i.e. add 5 and a half hours and enter the new value. All the other selected images will then be adjusted by that same 5 and a half hours.
