What do you mean "Lightroom has been unable to import all my pics". What happened?

Depending on what system you are on, look for a good Camera Card Recovery app, BUT BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING ELSE PUT THE CARD ASIDE DO NOT USE IT sorry for the caps, but it's vital the card is not used in any way if recovery is going to work, Computers and Cameras do not file things like us, to them free space is free space, so put the card aside, then if on a mac try https://www.cisdem.com/data-recovery-mac.html there are plenty of these apps around I have used a few and they are all pretty good! Once recovered reformat the card but be wary of it it could just be a random bug, but it could also be the sign that the card is on it's way out!

Use a recovery program like sandisk rescuePro and, if you have not written anything else on the memory card in between, you should be able to recover all images and photos that were on that card. Unless the card really died out on you, but that's not a likely scenario.

Lightroom only reads the images from the card, so something else went wrong that caused Lightroom to be unable to read them. I agree with Glenbo, recovery software is your next port of call.

In addition to the advice already given try using a memory card reader OR if using a memory card reader try a direct USB cable camera connection using Windows Explorer or Mac Finder. What exact manufacturer, type, and capacity memory card are you using and with what camera model?
