If I attempt to duplicate multiple selected layers at once in my layers panel, Photoshop will place them at the top of the layers panel and outside of the artboard the original layers are located in.
When duplicating a group (Cmd + J), the duplicate group is not in place, but rather placed randomly. This problem does not occur when duplicating a single layer.
- Create Photoshop CC 2019 document with artboads enabled
- Place graphic in artboard
- Duplicate artboard layer
- Graphic is moved to top of document
