Started this 3D file a couple days ago and thought I would try out the 3D duplicate options since I was just laying out the same item over and over. I created 11 copies and positioned them and did a little render. Thought Yeah... That works and when I need to update this in the future that will be amazing. Just drop in the new card image and render then done. I went back to it later that same day and when I tried to edit the file again all my duplicate meshes disapeared. The folders are still there for them I just don't know where they went to? Any ideas. I like the idea of using instances and duplicates. They can be a real time saver... but only if they work. As it is I am going to just create 12 copies and merge them in to the same scene... seems safer for now.
