Dual screen Photoshop - or why the PS doesnt like to be torn between two :)

Hi, I have a problem, mainly in dual screen mode.

I'm using 24'' display as primary monitor and a Wacom Cintiq 12UX as secondary monitor/digitizer. Problem is, when I'm moving the whole PS window from main so secondary monitor, and than fullscreen it simultaneously by bumping it to the top edge of the screen, the right-hand side of the toolbar rest invisible. I suppose it fullscreens it to 1920 px width (resolution of the main monitor) on smaller 1280 px (Cintiq resolution).

The bigger problem manifests when I'm switching back from fullscreen. The main ps window rest stretched, without access to the window title bar, so it's impossible to drag it back to the main screen. Than I have to use Windows feature (Windows button + cursors) to snap the PS window to the desired screen edge.

The third problem is addressed to the bug with toolbar in the fullscreen mode. While I'm (usually) in the fullscreen with menu bar mode, toolbar keeps hiding automatically whenever I swich focus from the toolbar to the working area. When this happens not hide toolbar nor auto hide toolbar feature is engaged. I cannot intentionally repro that bug, so I'm not sure - I think that toolbar isn't actually disappears, but it hides under the working area window.
