Hello there, as i just read, there where cs5 apps tested under 10.9xx and running. though i encountered a problem which could not solve. I was running a dual monitor system over a 2012 MBP, and opening ps or bridge they where both not able to change the monitor profile when skipping a picture from one monitor to the other, wich resulted in very strange colors after you once skipped the pictur from the laptopmonitor to the external one. Monitor is a nec spectraview 2690

There as an OS API change/problem on MacOS that required updates for color management back around CS6 timeframe. The change was not applied to the previous versions of Photoshop.

thank you Chris.
i thought so in the end, i just dont get that it is not statet in the faq about "CS 5 and Mavericks". it would have spared me a lot of time if somebody had just written down that it is a known issue wich will not be updated. I spent hours of looking for answeres and reinstalling PS etc...

switched to ccc now.

at least i know now. Maybe you can try let it be set in the faq
