Photoshop CC2019: when viewing jpgs after exporting art boards, all my drop shadows have changed direction. They appear fine in my psd file, just the exported image is incorrect.

Are your shadows using global angle or angle per layer basis?

Hi Jackie, can you provide a document that exhibits this behavior? If you go to Preferences > Performance... and check "Legacy Compositing," and restart Photoshop. Try exporting again. Do they come out correctly?

"I don't know how to provide a document in this forum... How can I do that? "

Use WEtransfert and post the URL of the transfered file

https://wetransfer.com/

it's free

Adobe CC Files or Dropbox also are fine.

Jeff, i can confirm that Export>Artboards to Files>JPG results in inconsistent drop shadows.
Also, i noticed that on win10, the destination doesn't remember the last location and reverts to a random folder on my F drive?

Are you using "Artboard to Files" feature? Because this feature is a script which creates new document so maybe global light is not set properly in new document.

Try this instead: http://sklad.bereza.cz/00-jarda/00_screenshot/2019-06-07_152005.png
It is faster if you need just JPG or PNG files.

OMG never mind... I just realized I can select all art boards and do this export (I thought it had to be done one-by-one that way)

This works!! Thank you!

Hello, why do not you use the image generator? It's simple is super fast and it works very well in the latest version of PS

here the Adobe demo: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/generate-assets-layers.html

And the files....

To try, to understand it, is to adopt it and hours of work less, to devote to his friends!
