Photoshop: Dragging images from a browser (Chrome) into Photoshop doesn't work after installing MacOS 10.11

With Photoshop CC 2015, El Capitan and latest Chrome or Safari, dragging images from the browser to the Photoshop App icon or into the program doesn't work anymore. It works between Finder, Desktop and other programs but not via a browser.

Is there some ways to get this to work again?

Chrome is known to have problems with copy/paste and drag/drop to other applications on MacOS.
But Safari hasn't had those problems in the past.

First, make sure you let Apple know about this regression in MacOS 10.11.

And we'll investigate to see if we can determine what changed in the new OS version.

I just tested this and was able to drag and drop images from both Firefox and Safari directly into PS on El Capitan. Dragging to the dock doesn't seem to work. We'll investigate and see if there's a change that can be made to make it work the dock too.

Thank you for answering. Photoshop hides all windows when I click a browser window or anything else so I didnt actually try dragging it into the software in any other way than through the app icon. Dont know how it would be possible to do it that way actually. On PC I can get a browser windo on top of Photoshop but not on a mac.

But! Actually I noticed it works for me through the app icon from webpages, except googles pages! So google images and google in general I cant get to drag straight into photoshop. I guess it never occurred to me to try anything else than google, since thats were I mostly find images for inspiration and reference. So I assume thats something on google side then, though it is possible to drag images from google images to the desktop though.?!?

Strangely, I was able to make it work more often by dragging to the dock icon but not to the Photoshop application frame. Bu overall the results were inconsistent, and the factor that seemed to make it most inconsistent was where the image came from. From some web pages image dragging to Photoshop worked fine, from others it wouldn't work. It was starting to look like it might have to do with how the images are coded onto the pages (e.g. plain IMG tag vs JavaScript); it also seemed like images that linked to something were less likely to work than images that were simply there on the page or an image displayed by itself. The behavior also seemed to differ between CC 2015 and CS6. I didn't have time to isolate what was really going on though.
