Hello Scott,
Please see our FAQ post "How to download photos from Revel" http://forums.adobe.com/message/51303...

If you are using Adoberevel.com, then you will only be able to download one image at a time. If you are using the Revel mac app, then you can download multiple images at once. There is screen shots in the FAQ that show you how to do this.
Let me know if you have any other questions regarding Revel
Thanks
Scott

If the files were initially migrated from Photoshop.com, you should still be able to use the media downloader to archive all the files from Photoshop.com to your new computer. (until the transition date is over and Photoshop.com storage closes)

Here is a link with details:

The photos I had in albums in Photoshop before the switch to Revel are no longer available in Photoshop, but they are in Revel. I need to copy them to my computer. How do I do that?

Hello Susanne,
Your images were copied to Revel. I did check your account as I did see that a total count of 338 jpg images were copied to your Revel account.

It appears that you may have other media file types still stored in your Photoshop.com account
If you want to download your images from Photoshop.com to your computer, then please do the following
1. Install the Adobe Air application http://get.adobe.com/air/
2. Click on this link to install the Adobe Media Down loader
http://www.photoshop.com/misc/members...

Please see the following FAQ "How to download photos in Revel" http://forums.adobe.com/message/51303...
If you are a pc user, then you would need to log int Adoberevel.com to download the image, but you can only download one at a time thru Adoberevel.com. On the Revel Mac app, Ipad or Iphone then you can download multiple images at once.
If you still see the images when you log into Photoshop.com then I would suggest to download them there first.
Thanks
Scott

Scott,
I'm trying to export photos from the Revel app on my mac, but getting an error message: "Could not export photos because the originals haven't finished uploading from other devices." These photos have been on Revel for a long time, and are not on any other devices at the moment. I'm trying to download them to my Mac. Any ideas?

Brian,
Did you happen to upload any images on a different computer, Ipad or Iphone? If you have, then you can look to see if you have an image that might be stuck in the upload process. Click on the colored dot at the center top of the Revel screen. This will show you if you have a images that is stuck in the upload. If the dot is red, then you might try deleting the image that is uploading and upload the image again.
You can contact me directly by email if you need further help.
Thanks
Scott

Scott, I appreciate the assistance. Only problem is, these pictures were uploaded from a computer that no longer exists. When I uploaded them, there was no indication that the upload didn’t complete. Seems they should have all been uploaded, as they’re clearly visible in Revel. I’ve tried both exporting them with the app, and downloading from the web site. Is there anything that can be done to allow me to download them?

That FAQ answer is almost insulting. Of course I have seen the download button under each image. But has it ever occurred in your life to need to download a single image from your library? I need to know how to download a bunch of photos: An album or a complete library. I can't even move a photo from a library to another one. Seriously, help me better understand why I am paying for this? If you lack programmers to develop the features I can lend you a hand!

Mahmood-

Currently, only the Mac and iOS versions allow dowloading of a selected group of photos. (Mac also has the save originals feature that can backup all the photos)

You are not the first to make these requests, so we have the request to download albums or groups of photos on all platforms as well as the option to move photos between libraries on the wish list to be considered for future versions.

@Pattie F. - I would appreciate if that was done. Ponder this - I have around 70 GB total of photos and videos. If I was to click on all of them it would take me years to download them all...

Cheers for understanding,
Peter

I certainly do regret the fact that the pictures have to be downloaded ONE AT A TIME on a PC!!! I want to use the Revel to save my pictures on my IPad, and then download them from the cloud to my PC.desktop. This cannot be done one picture at a time! The question has been asked over two years ago, and a Rep has answered "You are not the first to make these requests, so we have the request to download albums or groups of photos on all platforms as well as the option to move photos between libraries on the wish list to be considered for future versions. " This answer was given 11 months ago... So angry I didn't see that before registering for one year.

I just found out myself that you can't download entire albums at once. Had I known this sooner I would have gone with another service. This is definitely a deal breaker for me as my clients don't want to have to download each image individually. What a disappointment.

Hi Eric,

Unfortunately there is no batch downloading from adoberevel.com. You can do batch upload/download via the Revel Mac desktop or the mobile app.

Is there a way to get all my pictures? I am a paying customer. This is ridiculous. If you do not have a download all option, is there a way to have a dvd burned and sent to our homes? I want to restore my PC and I trusted you with my pics... I guess I should not have.

Yes, unfortunately, you cannot download multiple images from the browser at one time. You can do a batch download only from the Revel Mac desktop or iOS device. Revel Windows desktop can only download about 100 images at a time. Another option is to install the Trial version of Photoshop Elements 12 or 13 and download your images through that application.

Regards,
Glenyse

Hi all,
I easily solved with the MAC (or PC) App:
Revel wrote me they will discontinue that thing, so that I was having trouble to download ALL the images/movies from Adobe Revel to my MAC, more than 700 files...

Download this:
https://www.adoberevel.com/download

Hope I helped! :D

I have 56GB of photos and videos in my Adobe Revel account. I'm now downloading them using the Adobe Revel Downloader but it keeps timing out at 8-9% and never makes any progress beyond that. Some help and advice will be much appreciated as I do not want to lose my files after the deadline.
