The most recent update for CS6 does not work. I use Photoshop on a computer that is not on the internet. Therefore, I download the program and then transfer it to the Photoshop computer. I have an open case # #0184998247 in customer support concerning this issue. I had someone helping on the phone which is where this case was generated, but that support has stopped. I would really like Adobe to step up and provide a solution. I have never had a problem updating before.
