LIghtroom CC for mobile: Downloaded presets not showing

Downloaded new presets which appear in Lightroom CC on the Mac do not appear in Lightroom CC on my iPad (mobile)

Presets are file-type-specific on the Mobile clients.  If you have a preset that requires a raw-file profile, it will not work, and thus, be not visible on a JPEG for example.

Well thanks for taking the time for replying — but that is just not the case! The new downloaded presets are not showing for any type of file. But at the same time all of the default presets are showing for every type of file. There is some fundamental flaw here I think. Adobe continues to advertise that one can use your presets on Lightroom CC mobile but that is simply not true. You cannot and I am not the only one with this problem.
I do appreciate, though, you trying to help. I have failed in getting any attention from Adobe on this. I don’t know whether his is a conscious deception on the part of Adobe or not.
But it would be very nice in this program that I am paying for worked as advertised!

Lightroom CC for Mac can you go to Help > System Info... and get us your version number?
Lightroom CC for iPad can you get us the installed version number?

One thing to check is to make sure you have internet access on the Mac and iPad, and that the Mac and iPad are both logged into the same Adobe ID.

same issue - tried both raw and jpeg, made sure internet is connected, same username on both accounts (enterprise account), Lightroom Classic version: 8.3.1 [ 201905241238-dcd7e2de ]

Lightroom Classic does not sync presets from the Lightroom Ecosystem. 

Presets sync freely between Lightroom Desktop, Lightroom Mobile and Lightroom web. Lightroom Desktop will take presets from Lightroom Classic when you first launch LrD.
