How do I download photos back to my computer?

When I used the prior system and my hard drive crashed I found out I could not get the photos from the Adobe website and download them back to my computer.
Finally my tech person showed me how to copy the photos one at a time
I have since been hesitant to subscribe to any service and have spent money buying hard drives instead,
which is a headache since I use both a PC and apple
I shoot photos in RAW and so use space.
What options to you have for retrieval?

Hello Kathleen,
You should of been able to download your images from your after your hard drive crashed. When you upload your images to Revel, they are stored in the Revel photo cloud service that can be accessed from any computer or Ipad or Iphone.

If you want to download your images to your computer, then please
do the following
1. Install the Adobe Air application
2. Click on this link to install the Adobe Media Down loader

Since you have a mac also you can goto to download the Revel app for mac to try it out. It is free and for the first 30 days from your account being migrated you have unlimited uploads. After the first 30 days is over then you have a free monthly 50 photo upload limit.
Revel currently only supports the jpg file format. We are working very hard to deliver more capabilities and expand onto new platforms, devices, and file formats.

If you want to see the different ways that you can upload to Revel
