Photoshop: Creative Cloud membership not working on new computer

I have a paid membership plan but it is not showing on my account. I have one new computer and one computer that was just reset and need to download PSCC to them. Please help.

Please check if you are signing into Adobe.com using the same email address with which you purchased the subscription. When did you place the order? Having on one and logging via another email might give this problem.

You need to install Creative Cloud desktop app on your old reset PC/computer, sign in using your correct email address and then install the product. Refer this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-clou...

Note: As per EULA, you can install the product on 2 machines but usage would be one at a time.

Hi Brenda, your account is under your gmail Adobe ID/email address, not your yahoo Adobe ID/email address. Let us know if you can't sign in with your gmail email address.
