Photoshop: Picture Package doesn't appear in the Automate menu after installing the optional plugin in CS5

I have downloaded Presets and in the file is layouts, I tried to find them in CS5 automate but they don't appear.
If I try to download them directly into photoshop from my download file it says it is not the right document

Picture Package only works in 32bit mode. Are you running Photoshop in 32bit?

Tried to find the exe file but had no luck

all I found was 32bitPS dlls

I was frustrated that picture package was removed from CS5, but follow the link that Jeffrey provided. I was able to assign hot key to that function and it works like a charm.
