I just bought your damned product on-line, and after down-loading it, it is asking for a serial number! Assuming that this is not a DELIBERATE rip-off, give me the bleeping SN#.

Hi James, When you order a product, the serial number is sent to you via email. Did the email get caught in a spam filter by chance? You can also go to Adobe.com and log-in to your Adobe ID account and see your serial numbers. Let me know if this doesn't solve your problem.

I checked with support and the serial number was added to your Adobe ID account 3/11/11. Let me know if you believe there is still a problem.

Am beginning to share your frustration. Suddenly my 9-mac downloaded Photoshop Elements 12 editor stopped working. So far I have been unable to gain anything but the runaround. I got program from Apple App store, which they say is also i-tunes. Apple App and i-tunes say contact Adobe. Adobe doesn't have my purchase info. I have no application numbers, no serial numbers, and because it was purchased from Apple App, I have nothing but apparently lost money!
