Lightroom: Does Lightroom 3 have a facility to add photo frames to a picture?

If you're looking to add picture frame style borders to your images, there are a few plugins, such as LR/Mogrify 2, that will help you with this.

For simple frames you can use the print module by placing just one image on a single page and then print it to a JPEG file.

Lightroom does not have a built in mechanism for adding photo frames to a picture. As other users have noted, there are plug-ins that allow you to do this - and there is another topic requesting this functionality that you can add your vote to.
