I was looking in web and facebook, but nobody was able to answer.

Does a lens profile to correct lens errors looking for the EXIF data of focal length?

Please dont explane how the camera works togehter with the lens, or the fact that the EXIF data includes the lens data. It does NOT in my example. Thats why i am asking like i am asking.

If i use a Zoom-Lens and no EXIF is there, than i choose a profile manually in lightroom. What happens when the profile sees a false EXIF data for focal length? Is the error correction working correct than?

Asked a litle different: Does a profile has only saved one error correction or a matrix depending on focal length or different parameters?

Yes. The zoom lens is typically is profiled at multiple focal lengths.

If your photo is missing focal length metadata, Lightroom would probably just pick one as fallback.
