Purchased elements 12 and just installed it. The only manuals (pdf, html, or otherwise) appear to be online, not included with the product. All of the Help menu entry points to your website go to version 13 documents. I didn't buy 13. I bought 12. Where are the version 12 documents? Why are they missing? Why doesn't the "search topics" find the version 12 manuals? Is Adobe going to just give me version 13 since they appear to not have any documentation available for the version 12 I bought? Adobe is selling unusable products (since no documentation is available) and then when they come out with a new version they seem to be dropping all information about how to use the previous versions. Pretty sleazy... Please let me know exactly where I can download all of the documentation for the Elements Version 12 I bought. I can't believe Adove gets away with this kind of customer disservice.

Hi Gerald,

If you compare, the help documentation online is primarily version agnostic (aside from the articles for What's New in Elements 13).

Keeping the online help version version agnostic makes searching for help (from google or adobe.com) a lot more user friendly for customers of all versions.

As Michel also pointed out, if you wan the Help menu item to go to an offline PDF, that can be done as well (if preferred): http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/gl...
