I don't want to use revel. Why were my photos moved without my permission? Please delete the account and my photos and notify me when that is done.

Hello Diana,

Before we can delete your account, please confirm that you have downloaded your images to your computer. What was the reason that you wanted to have your Revel account deleted? Are you unhappy with the Revel service or does it not suit your needs?
This will not delete your Adobe ID as you will need it for other Adobe services. Also if you log back to Revel using your Adobe ID it will create an account for you.
Thanks
Scott

I already have a backup service that I am very happy with. I am not comfortable with anyone doing anything with my photos without my express permission. I do think you overstepped the boundary here.

I can't imagine why anyone would feel that this was the right thing to do.

Yes, I do want my files deleted.

Hello Annie,
What is the reason that you dislike Revel? Does the software not appeal to your needs or are you used to having Photoshop.com and do not like the change to Revel?

While Revel offers some of the top features from Photoshop.com, it doesn't offer everything. We know that can be frustrating. We are working very hard to deliver more capabilities and expand onto new platforms, devices, and file formats.
We value your feedback as if you are unaware of the features of Revel, I can help show you a few of the cool features that you can do with Revel.

For additional helpful information regarding Revel , please see our main FAQ Forum http://forums.adobe.com/community/ps....

Thanks
Scott

My shared photos are not showing up when friends try to access them. In my account section it says my membership expired, however I paid for Order number: AD006158336
Subscription plan: Elements Plus 20GB (Annually)
Start date: 2012-11-03-15:22 Renewal date: 2013-11-03-08:00
My photos were transferred to Revel and all was fine for a while.
Why are none of my photos showing up in the shared folders/albums on Revel now?

Hello Annie
Can you log into Adoberevel.com and look in the upper left and click on the library name. There will be a library titled Photoshop.com. Your photos were migrated into that library.
Let me know if you can not see your photos still
Thanks
Scott

You are not understanding the problem.
I can see the photos just fine.
I made links to share the photos, but when people click on these links, the photos do not show: https://www.adoberevel.com/shares/e77...
Here is a link to the page with albums: http://www.manzanodayschool.org/webpa.... The albums named by month and year were shared Revel folders that used to show the photos. The photos no longer appear.

Annie,
The link that you provide is not a valid link to share your images with others. Here is what a link will look like
https://www.adoberevel.com/shares/880...

Each time you share an album the link will change. For example, if you stop sharing a link and then choose to share the album again, the link will change.

Please see our FAQ Forum post "How do I share my photos in Revel" http://forums.adobe.com/thread/115799...

Thanks
Scott
