Problems with support and purchasing

Terrible service, just google Adobe on the internet and see for yourself. They don't even give you a serial number when you purchase product! They make you go on-line and get if off the site. Not very customer friendly, and they are certainly out of touch with competition. Now, I have a brand new MacBook Pro, and purchased their $150 software, including Premiere Elements 10. It won't install! Call them and they will want to charge you for support. Unbeliebable! This is a first for me, and I have plenty of other software that provides support free - you speak to a real live person,and they will remote 'take control of your computer' if necessary and no charge.
