I reported two majors bugs (with creating menus) in Premiere Elements 10 and 11 nearly two years ago (bugs that were present in earlier versions too, according to forum users). These are very noticeable problems if you create your own DVDs/Blu-Rays. I had a webchat with an Adobe engineer who remotely controlled my computer for an hour and couldn't sort out the problem. He logged the problems and later emailed me to confirm that they had been reported to the software team, they were in fact bugs, and promised that they would be fixed in the next release. I have spent countless hours doing Adobe's troubleshooting work for them and reported my findings back, yet PE12 has arrived and the same problems are there. Are the Adobe team incompetent?! It's virtually impossible to contact them directly or log a bug officially. When I follow the link to report a bug, I end up on this site, which is hardly reassuring. I would like a representative to contact me to explain why they haven't corrected the problems and are re-issuing software in the full knowledge that it doesn't work properly.
