Do I have to pay for Photoshop on the Cloud if I currently have a copy

I currently have Photoshop on my IMac, and I just purchased an Macbook Air. When I purchased the last version of Photoshop I downloaded it. Is it possible to use it on my new laptop? If so what do I need to provide to download a version for my laptop. I was able to use my Photoshop on both my previous computers before and I would like to use it on these two. When I purchased this computer I used a trial cloud version because I needed to use it for a class I teach right away and I didn't have my serial number with me. Do I have to pay for the cloud version even though I payed for the version I downloaded on my other machine?

If you have a subscription, then you can just download the CreativeCloud app and then download the applications.

If you have a perpetual license, then you can activate it on up to two systems (not to be used simultaneously) - so just deactivate on the old systems.
