Could you post a link to your DNG file for us to examine?

The noise is in the image, at least as viewed by the four different viewers on Mac and Windows: Lightroom CC 2015.8 (Mac), Preview (Mac), FastStone Image Viewer (Windows), Picasa Image Viewer (Windows).

The Windows Photos app isn't showing the noise because it's viewing the reduced-resolution 960 x 540 JPEG embedded in the DNG, and that JPEG doesn't have the noise. You can verify that opening the DNG in the Photos app, right-clicking the image, and selecting File Info to view the dimensions:

I extracted that embedded JPEG using Exiftool and opened it in other viewers to verify it doesn't contain the noise.

A quick Google shows lots of references to the program "DNG Cleaner", which you can download here: http://www.dji.com/phantom-3-pro/info#downloads . DJI doesn't seem to provide any documentation, but it's described in a forum thread :

"DJI DNG Cleaner is a free program that allows you to clean DNG files. Sometimes shooting in low light conditions, your DNG image gets some strange colorful dots, which are especially common for DNG format pictures. Obviously, you don’t want these things to be in your photo, so this program offers a solution to get rid of them."

I tried running both the Mac and Windows version on your DNG.  Mac Lightroom and Preview can't open the output file.   Windows FastStone Image Viewer and Picasa Image Viewer can, but there was no change to the noise. But if you Google "DNG Cleaner", there is lots of discussion about DNG Cleaner.

The pink noise is in the mosaic image data. There’s very little we could do to work around that in our camera raw engine. I have some inquiries out to some contacts at DJI.
