Disprectful Customer Service!

Dear ADOBE, I write with great respect but with greater disappointment. Yesterday I had purchase Adobe CS6 over the phone for a non-profit organization. I had gone through the process over the phone to be taken advantage of and having my programs funds taken away from ADOBE and still no photoshop and no user account. When I call customer service again I was given the run around by three disrespectful customer service agents. I need help from you guys at ADOBE. I really feel taken advantage of and down 700 dollars that i cant get back because the service agent wrote my email wrong.

Hello Jesse, when I look up your email address you've registered with this site I found an account in our system. However, there are no product purchases or contact history. However, I looked up your name specifically and found several accounts. One of them had a similar physical address (although not the same) and a very different email address. On this account, there is a purchase for Photoshop CS6. So it seems that you made the purchase with one set of identification information and then used another set of identification information when you called back.
