Display one file on two different PCs

Hi folks,
I consider getting a Microsoft Surface Pro 3. When out and about it surely is a good device for using Photoshop, especially with a pen.

But once I am at home, with my nice big PC screen in front of me, it seems a shame having to choose between the two.

So my idea:
Have the same Photoshop file opened both on the PC and the tablet. Any changes will be automatically synched.
Like that I would probably leave the image on the big monitor zoomed out to see the whole picture and use the tablet to zoom in and manipulate things.

Of course this would probably require a lot of coding magic, but who, if not the Photoshop wizards could pull this off. And just imagine the workflow improvements!

What do you guys think?
