Does this happen with all PDFs? Or just specific ones?

Hi, Janusz!

I just solved. I searched other forums and a person indicated reset the settings (hold Option + Shift + Command keys while starting the program and then press "yes"). It worked perfectly for me!

I am facing the same problem. I used Adobe Cleaner Tool to uninstall everything and installed again from scratch. The problem continues. I use CC for over a year and never had any problems.

Hi,

When I try to open a pdf file with photoshop or save a file in pdf format, the software show me an error message: "Could not complete your request because of a disk error." ...and obviously it don't execute the request. I really need to solve this, it really affect my workflow.

This bug only happen since I updated the CC with the last version last month.
