Photoshop: Disappearing Text Layers In Nested Groups/Empty Sub-Groups when Layer Ordering

I have a file with a group within a group. There are some text layers (one eye-balled on, two are not) in the top level group and some bitmap smart objects in the sub-group. If I move the smart objects out of the sub group to the very top level of the file (out of both groups), the text in the first group disappears. It reappears if I delete the empty sub-sub group. Weird. Using CS5 and this happens when I do this file on the file on two different computers. I can send it to you if you like to see for yourself!

Best,

Mike

I've seen this before, it's been quite a while though.

Cool. I have the file and handed it off to QE for investigation.
