disabled account

You've disabled our account - I tried logging in - for some reason got asked to verify - why??? If I have the damn password it's a bit frustrating. Anyway got the text code - typed it in and bingo - account disabled - why?

As Victoria says, Customer Service is probably your best place to go for help with a specific account. I took a quick look at the email you've used on this forum and don't find any account associated with it.
