The character panel on the side gives a different size then on the top! It gives 12,73 and 20 px for the same text at the same time. See image

Hiya Soraya,

What version of Photoshop are you running? What OS are you running on? It looks like you're running in Dutch, right?

Thanks,
David

Hiya Soraya,

My first thought is that you don't have the latest updates for Photoshop CS6. Please go ahead and click Help > Updates and apply them.

My second thought is that this could be the result of a bug we fixed some time ago. Do you get this problem with all files or only specific ones? Can you recreate this problem in a new file from scratch? There was a rare problem for a small number of users where the contents of text layers would become corrupted. This problem is tied to the file, so any file created from content in the original also had the problem. The solution is to get the update (which was at least a year ago) and then recreate the text content in a new file WITHOUT copy/paste or drag/drop.

If you need further support, please let me know and I can set up a time to do an internet hosted screenshare and walk through this bug with you.

Thanks,
David

Hi David,

I have CS6 just a couple months ago and updated the software. But I'll update it again and try another file... Get back to you on that one.

Thanks for your fast replay!
