Lightroom 6. Have had it since it wqas released, and it worked finme for appr. 4 months. After that most of the times it says no response' forever when i try to go to Develop. Sometimes it works, mostly not. I have Lightroom 5 on my laptop, that works fine, but I didn't update to LR6 to use LR5. any ideas?

Try unchecking the option Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor.

Update your display driver, and if that doesn't help, manually edit the preferences file to disable use of the graphics processor. See this article for details: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/...#

THANKS! The link brought me to a site that told me to: Please install the 15.8 beta driver posted on August 31st, 2015. I did, and now LR6 works flawless! Thanks again!
