LIGHTROOM - Deleting files on NAS gives spurious error message

When deleting files stored on a NAS (in my case Synology) Lightroom tries to determine whether the WIndows recycle bin is supported and issues a warning message "n of these files could not be moved to the Recycle Bin ... The files are on a volume that does not support the Recycle Bin."

Synology has its own recycle system (as do a number of Linux-based NASes) so this message is redundant (and annoying as it gives an additional popup for every deletion).

Expected result: Lightroom should provide a setting which inhibits this erroneous warning message.

Consider turning this into a feature request (Idea).

No, it's either a bug or an OS message. My guess is that the error comes from the OS because the NAS claims it doesn't support a trash/recycle bin.

I have this bug too. Couldn't be there a Checkbox if I need to use the Recycle Bin or not? This might help very much.
My NAS is the WD My Cloud Mirror and have the same problem. Please fix it!
