There used to be an option in Lightroom cc 2018 to permanently delete images from disk. However, in the latest Lightroom this feature has been removed. It has become extremely inconvenient to mange storage.

No, that option has not been removed. It depends on where you are in Lightroom however. If you are in a collection, and choose to delete rejected images, then Lightroom will not remove them from the catalog, but only from that collection. Obviously, it will also not ask you to delete them from disk in that case.

If you are in a folder, or in the 'All Photographs' collection, then removing an image from the catalog will give you the dialog asking if you want to delete them from the disk too, or only from the catalog. Nothing has changed in that respect.

If I did not delete the images from my disk by mistake, is there a way to a posteriori to have all the pictures removed from lightroom to be deleted from my disk?

What I would do :

1. Syncronise the folder
2. Import the missing photos
3. Go to the previous import collection, select all photos and remove them from disk.

The trick is to go to the Previous Import collection juast afeter having imported the missing photos.
