I'm using Windows 7 and the current version of Photoshop CC 2018. My Windows Explorer still shows older versions going back to CS6, and Adobe Bridge going back to 2015. Can I delete these old versions?

Yes you can uninstall them with Creative Cloud application. Settings and presets in this version will be removed.

I only recently learned about this and have for several years merely downloaded and installed new versions. I uninstalled older versions with Windows uninstall but the folders containing those programs still exist on my hard drive. Can I simply delete them?

Howdy Leo,

You should first uninstall the application using the appropriate uninstall app in the given folder.  Then, once that's done, you can safely delete the folder manually.

Why doesn't the folder get deleted automatically?  Cuz there is one or more files which you've created since installation which aren't present in the original file manifest.

Hope that helps,
David
